A midweight 100% Cotton Calico, this fabric is perfect for toiling, clothes making, dying and crafts. 

Calico is a plain-woven fabric made from unbleached, unshrunk cotton, still containing cotton seeds. It has a myriad of uses in dressmaking such as toiles as well as in craft & furnishing such as blind, curtain, bag and cushion lining/backing.

Recommended Sewing Needles: Universal (75-90)

Recommended Stitches: Straight, average (2.5-3.5)

Recommended Iron Temperature: Medium/high heat

Fabrics are sold in QUARTER METRE increments. The price is per QUARTER METRE. Enter 6 in the quantity box to buy 1.5 metre etc. All orders will be cut in a continuous piece.

Manufacturer says: Loomstate fabric will shrink by around 10% on first wash and a further 3% thereafter. 30 degree machine wash. Cool tumble dry. We strongly recommend testing a small piece first to be sure.
